Thank you for the wonderful days at the Tredegar house festival. We really enjoyed to participate and to look at all the different preformances and then dance together in the evenings. We all had a great time. Have a nice summer! Alingsås Folkdansgille.

best folk fest anywhere everyone should go

Just like to say I don't know how anyone could improve on what I think is the best Folk /Dance Festival in Europe, It will always be a big part of my life coming to Newport what ever part of the world I am in, just wish I knew of other folk/dance festivals in Europe like it ! I know there is none in the UK.
Guess I will still be coming to Newport when I am on my walking frame.

Many thanks for your comments, Phil. The festival committee can think of some improvements we'd like to make (such as providing cover from the elements for both performers and audience), but to do this would require more finance than we have. If you know any likely sponsors please let us know!

Heard good reports of the festival. I willl try to get to some of it this year.

so sorry to have missed it due to work commitments . Any event in tredegar house is a joy as the house is such a wonderfull venue.

An excellent festival a good family atmosphere. I have been going since 1994. This festival will allways be a part of life. Tradegar folk festival forever. Love light and peace Dave.
